<image:title>Ministries - Junior Church & XP3</image:title>
<image:caption>From Preschool to Grade 6, children’s programming and age appropriate Bible study are offered every week during the 10am service after the worship time. We also have two nursery areas where parents can still listen to the service while caring for infants and toddlers. Having many young families attend here also means we have other children’s focuses, programs, and events taking place regularly throughout the year. XP3 is for youth in Grades 7-10. They meet every other Sunday morning in the youth hut behind the church, to enjoy snacks, music and Bible based discussion on life issues and God’s purpose for us.</image:caption>

<image:title>Ministries - Global Concerns</image:title>
<image:caption>Our church has always had a big focus on reaching out and being a part of the bigger picture of what God is doing around the world. We are privileged to be partnered with over a dozen missionary families and Christian organizations providing prayer, practical, and financial support. Our Global Concerns Committee oversees this ministry and highlights our different missionaries throughout the year, as these people work hard to bring the hope of the Gospel to people both close to home and around the world!</image:caption>

<image:title>Ministries - Prayer Encounter</image:title>
<image:caption>We host worship and prayer services throughout the year at the church which are come and go events with various prayer stations and worship sets. These are great opportunities to grow in our faith, and we’re often surprised by the ways God shows up in power during these times. Let’s keep pushing forward in prayer and worship during this season.</image:caption>

<image:title>Ministries - Community Hampers</image:title>
<image:caption>Practical help should accompany spiritual help. One of the ways we do this is through helping families in the community with food needs. The community hampers program is run as a partnership with the local parish and many businesses in St Pierre, St Malo and surrounding area. Let us know if you’d like to give to this ministry, or if you are in immediate need of food.</image:caption>

<image:title>Staff - Troy Dearborn - Lead Pastor</image:title>
<image:caption>Troy was born and raised right here in St. Pierre Jolys. He has a Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages (he likes Greek more than Hebrew, sorry Isaac), and before pastoring Troy spent over 10 years as a local missionary with Youth For Christ. Troy is passionate about studying and teaching the Word of God, especially to those who are discovering it for the first time. He is married to his wife Alice from England. Together they have a young daughter Iris and son Euan, and they love camping and canoeing as a family, especially in the remote Canadian wilderness. He also loves playing violin and guitar in his free time.</image:caption>

<image:title>Staff - Denver Kroeker - Community Life Pastor</image:title>
<image:caption>Before pastoring, Denver spent 10 years as a missionary with TEAM, including serving overseas in Chad with his family, and has also taught numerous missions courses as an adjunct professor for Nipawin Bible College. After returning to St. Pierre, Denver’s calling to evangelism and heart for leading people to Jesus persisted, leading him to pastor the Bible Fellowship Church. Denver has since served the church for 15 years and has recently transitioned into a pastoral care role. Not only is Denver great at building up people, but he is also a journeyman carpenter and has enjoyed witnessing for Jesus while working in the construction industry. He is married to his wife Elvera and together they have 3 married children and 7 grandchildren.</image:caption>

<image:title>Staff - Bev Dueck - Children’s Director</image:title>
<image:caption>Bev has an incredible gift for seeing the potential in every young person. She has a passion to see kids active in their spiritual gifts and growing closer to Jesus. A teacher at heart, Bev is a gifted communicator and mentor, and loves seeing others find healing and wholeness. Her creativity and ability to make the Scriptures come alive is a huge gift to our church. When Bev is not tending to the hearts and souls of young people, you can find her tending her garden with a good cup of coffee in hand. Most of all Bev loves spending time with her husband Mel and her 8 grandchildren.</image:caption>
